Founder & Head Trainer
Laney's career is a dynamic tapestry, weaving from captivating audiences in the animal show industry to overseeing marine animal rescue teams, training pets for the film industry and becoming a behavioral manager for the U.S. Navy Marine Mammal Program. Yet, amidst this diverse journey, one constant remains—Wildside Unlimited.

Can you please describe your training approach?
At Wildside Dog Training, we use a game-based approach that focuses on positive reinforcement. Our methods are designed to build confidence in your dog and encourage them to make good choices.
Are shock collars or prong collars used in your training?
No, we promote treating dogs with respect and kindness. We do not use shock collars, choke chains, or prong collars in our training. If your dog is currently wearing one of these devices we would love to help you. We can work together to build your confidence as well as your pups before removing the collar.

How long does a training program last?
The duration of our training programs varies depending on the specific needs of your dog. We offer flexible options to ensure each dog receives attention and support they need.
Can my family and/or friends attend training sessions with my dog?
Absolutely! We encourage friends and family to participate in training sessions. Anyone who has an impact on your pup is always welcome.
What if my dog has behavioral issues?
You are not alone. That is top reason our phone rings. We are experienced in addressing various behavioral issues and have options to meet your dog's specific needs. Ultimately our goal is to show you how easy it is to replace harmony in your home.
